Interbake Foods operates a thriving business around making great things to eat, including Girl Scout cookies; cookies, crackers, and specialty items for retail and contract customers; and ice cream sandwich wafers and frozen novelty equipment.

Through the Feeding Hungry Minds campaign, Interbake Foods contributed $0.50 for every 2-pound box of FFV Sailor Boy Pilot Bread purchased by our customers from February 28, 2009 through March 28, 2009. We want to say a special thank you to all our Pilot Bread consumers for your support of the Sailor Boy/First Book promotion. Proceeds from the event drove the purchase and distribution of over 9000 new books to young readers in Alaska. Your support went a long way to building Alaska's literacy rate!

Our Front Royal, Virginia facility is a 300,000 square foot, state-of-the art bakery, which employs over 250 people. We manufacture ice cream wafers, specialty crackers, and cookie crunch at this facility.
